By accessing or using HeoLab at https://heolab.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, whether or not registered.
HeoLab provides free online developer tools including, but not limited to: JSON formatter, JWT decoder, Base64 encoder/decoder, Unix timestamp converter, regex tester, and related utilities (“Tools”). Some tools offer optional AI-powered enhancement features.
The Service is provided “as is”. We may add, modify, or remove tools and features at any time without prior notice.

Core tools are available without registration. Optional account features (saved items, usage history, API keys) require creating an account.
When you create an account:
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for more than 12 months.
HeoLab provides API endpoints at https://heolab.com/api/* for programmatic use.
Rate limits: The API is subject to rate limiting to ensure fair access. Current limits are applied per IP address. Exceeding limits results in 429 Too Many Requests responses.
No SLA: The free API tier comes with no uptime guarantee. For production-critical applications, contact us about dedicated arrangements.
Attribution: If you use HeoLab's API in a public-facing product, we appreciate (but do not require) crediting HeoLab.
Some tools offer optional AI-powered features (explanations, suggestions, analysis). By using these features:
The HeoLab name, logo, design, codebase, and content are the intellectual property of Trong Ngo and HeoLab. All rights reserved.
Your content: You retain all rights to data you input into the tools. By submitting data to the Service, you grant us a limited, transient license solely to process that data to provide the requested tool output. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Feedback: If you submit feature suggestions or feedback, you grant us a royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Service.
No warranty. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that tool outputs will be correct.
Use in production. HeoLab tools are provided as utilities to assist development. Always validate tool outputs before using them in production systems. We are not liable for errors in tool outputs used in production.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeoLab and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Links do not imply endorsement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Upon termination, you may request deletion of your account data by emailing trongngo08082002@gmail.com.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made.
For material changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the appropriate courts of Vietnam.
